After finishing university, I had trouble getting to the interview stage for the jobs I had been applying to. This was a huge hit to my confidence, especially with my confidence in how good my CV was. I joined the Virtual ACE Programme in September 2020, hoping to gain some insight on what it was that I could improve on and what techniques are out there to tackle interview questions.

I owe a huge thanks to the making the leap team for organising the workshops with various and diverse companies, helping me to prepare for future interviews. I would also like to say thank you to my mentor for taking the time to help me prepare for all the upcoming interviews that I manage to secure with the help of the CV workshops and guidance that MTL provided me.
