Making The Leap’s free training gives you the chance to stand out from the rest, when it comes to securing your dream job, apprenticeship or work experience! We can also help you figure out your options after leaving school or university. Through a range of fun, interactive activities, based both at our specialised training centre and at corporate offices, you’ll find yourself graduating our programme with all the skills you need to succeed in your job search, as well as new friends and professional networks.

We can help you access a range of job opportunities specifically for 18-25 year olds. You can view them here. We are regularly recruiting for other opportunities, including paid internships and permanent roles. After you’ve graduated from our workshop, we can put you forward for these opportunities, or help you achieve roles you’ve found yourself – so don’t miss out!

The opportunities don’t end when you graduate the workshop. We run careers fairs and insight days at top companies. Our alumni – known as Fellows – hold exclusive networking events and socials – a great chance to meet and network with successful young people who can share their advice. You could even join our Board of Fellows or Ambassador Scheme and gain experience that will look awesome on your CV.
